Because mediation is, by law, confidential, it's required that all involved parties sign a confidentiality agreement at our first meeting.
We will also sign a mediation agreement that explains the process, guidelines and roles.
To maximize the efficiency of our time together it’s best to download and print the forms, which can be found on the FAQ page.
Please read through the forms and come to the session with any questions you may have, or email your questions ahead of time.
